Building Description

38x55 Garage with Lean-to combines a Burgundy roof with Ivory walls and Coco Brown trim and vertical wainscot. Vertical siding gives the enclosed main garage a consistent finish. Three left-side roll-up doors feature angled trim, while front and side walk-in doors provide pedestrian access. Windows bring daylight into both areas. A shorter left lean-to sits toward the rear with gable ends and side frameouts.

Use the main garage for suitable cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, boats, trailers, or tractors. The multiple entrances help you plan storage around how each item moves. Arrange smaller supplies near the pedestrian doors and reserve convenient approaches for frequently used equipment. The attached lean-to adds another covered area, with prepared openings for separately supplied doors and a finish coordinated with the main building. Every ProBuilt garage is made in the USA. Delivery and installation are free. Customize it in our 3D designer today.

38x55 Garage with Lean-to Questions Answered

Answers about the shorter rear lean-to, vehicle bays, installed doors, frameouts, and pedestrian access for this 38x55 Garage with Lean-to.

No. The main garage is 55 feet long, while the left lean-to is a shorter, back-aligned extension. The overall width reflects that extension at part of the building.

Three installed vehicle doors offer a starting point for that use. Confirm vehicle sizes, internal parking routes, and access past the lean-to before settling on a three-car arrangement.

The listed Burgundy roof contrasts with Ivory walls and Coco Brown trim and wainscot. The main enclosure uses vertical wall panels.

The three larger openings are listed as installed roll-up doors on the main garage’s left wall. The two lean-to openings are frameouts, so operating doors should be confirmed separately.

One solid walk-in door is on the front wall and another on the left wall. Keep suitable routes to both when arranging storage and work areas.
