Building Description

The 20x60 Vertical Roof Garage is built for serious vehicle and equipment storage. It features Forest Green walls and roof with warm Mocha Tan trim. This natural pairing blends beautifully into the landscape. A row of side doors gives every bay its own entrance. It is ideal for mini storage units or a multi-vehicle garage. A walk-in door on the end adds easy access on foot. Store tractors, boats, and lawn equipment out of the weather. It also makes a great mechanic shop. Vertical roof panels shed rain and snow. The galvanized steel frame is built to last. Every ProBuilt garage is made in the USA. Delivery and installation are free. Customize it in our 3D designer today.

20x60 Vertical Roof Garage FAQs

Answers about the 20x60 Vertical Roof Garage, including pricing, layout, product options, free delivery and installation, and local project requirements.

The 20x60 Vertical Roof Garage is currently listed at $21,505. Final pricing varies by state, certification requirements, and customizations. Free delivery and installation are included. Request a quote for your chosen configuration and address, and confirm site preparation and foundation costs separately.

The listed vehicle doors are Five 10’x10’ Roll-Up on Right Side Wall (White, Certified). Leave room for equipment, walking paths, workbenches, and ventilation; arrange electrical or other trade work separately.

Confirm permits, zoning, setbacks, foundation requirements, and required wind, snow, and seismic design criteria with your local building department before ordering. Requirements depend on your address and intended use. Ask ProBuilt which certification and engineering documents are available for your project; a listed wind rating alone does not guarantee local approval.

The supplied configuration measures 20’W x 60’L x 12’H (Roof Length 61’). Leg height is not the same as usable entry clearance. Confirm the final openings and layout against your vehicles, equipment, and storage needs.

Yes. Free delivery and installation are included with ProBuilt buildings. Prepare the site to the agreed requirements before the installation crew arrives. Confirm site preparation, foundation work, access, and any additional project costs in your quote; included installation does not establish that concrete work is included.
