18x35 Utility Building
Building Description
18x35 Utility Building brings open front coverage and enclosed rear storage together beneath a vertical roof. Galvalume roofing and walls pair with Polar White trim for a light, understated finish. A front gable outlines the covered approach, while the rear storage section has horizontal siding. Roll-up doors on its front and right provide access from different directions. A side window introduces daylight into the enclosed area.
Use the layout for vehicles, lawn mowers, golf carts, tractors, or a mechanic shop arrangement. Keep belongings that need an enclosure in the rear and plan the front coverage around your routine. The separate door locations offer choices for moving equipment or reaching supplies. Together, these features provide a useful mix of open access and enclosed storage within one connected building. 18x35 Utility Building Questions Answered
Rear storage depth, two-door access, canopy exposure, and daylight.
The building is 35 feet long and the rear storage is 20 feet deep. That leaves 15 feet of front covered length, subject to the final partition layout.
The supplied front covered area has open sides and a gable front. It provides shelter rather than the same enclosure as the rear storage room.
Do not infer entry clearance from the 10-foot leg height. The storage doors are nominally 8 feet high; confirm the finished clear opening against the vehicle.
Two 8-by-8-foot roll-up doors are specified, one on the storage front and one on its right wall. Check actual openings and approach space for your equipment.
A 24-by-36-inch white-grid window is listed on the rear storage’s right wall. Keep planned shelving and equipment clear of the opening.
