20x35 Utility Building
Building Description
20x35 Utility Building combines an open front section with enclosed storage at the back. Ivory roofing and wall panels are edged with Charcoal Gray trim, while Coco Brown wainscot adds a warmer lower accent. The rear storage area has a solid walk-in door on its front wall and a roll-up door on the right. Horizontal siding encloses that section beneath a vertical roof.
Plan space for vehicles, golf carts, ATVs, trucks, lawn mowers, or lawn equipment that suit the specified access. Tractors and farm equipment are other uses for the building. Keep regularly used supplies convenient to the pedestrian entrance and organize larger belongings around the roll-up door. The front coverage provides another place to approach or work with equipment before entering the enclosed storage. Every ProBuilt building is made in the USA. Delivery and installation are free. 20x35 Utility Building Questions Answered
Utility storage versus residential use, rear-room access, and wainscot details.
No residential fit-out is listed. Housing use would require separate planning for occupancy, utilities, insulation, safety, and local approval; the utility configuration should not be assumed ready for living.
A nominal 10-by-10-foot roll-up door is on the rear storage’s right wall. Confirm the actual opening and a suitable side approach for equipment.
The specified wainscot is Coco Brown, while the roof and main walls are Ivory and the trim is Charcoal Gray. The wainscot panels are horizontal.
Rear storage is specified as 30 feet deep within the 35-foot overall length. The remaining front covered length is 5 feet, subject to the final partition drawing.
A 36-by-80-inch walk-in door is listed on the storage front wall. It offers pedestrian access rather than a second vehicle-sized entrance.
